New community masterplanning on a historically significant site

UrbanFold are working with Intrapac Property to deliver the masterplan for a new urban community on the site of the former Lilydale Quarry. The Masterplan will be informed by the  unique industrial and historical features, ecology, and topography to create a high quality, authentic place that offers housing and lifestyle choice. Kinley will be a series of neighbourhoods centred on a new train station and urban village, with access to kilometres of open space with connections to the existing Lilydale township.
