Regenerative masterplan

UrbanFold led a regenerative Masterplan for a heritage homestead, village centre and new community precinct on a 36ha site in inner Canberra. A multi-disciplinary team focused on embedding Design for Country and regenerative development principles into the masterplanning process. Urban design initiatives prioritised a place-based, ecological-first approach that ensures new buildings and infrastructure will be nestled into the existing vegetation and topography of the site, whilst also incorporating existing hydrology and restoring habitat. A range of housing typologies will support a diverse community in this beautiful setting.
