New community masterplanning

A second act for an old quarry site in Bundoora will see medium density development integrated into a rehabilitated landscape and extensive open space network. A series of new local neighbourhoods promoting urban living typologies will be located on the banks of Darebin Creek. The plan will deliver an open space network and parks that will support different activities for residents.
