Precinct visioning

East Gippsland Shire Council sought to understand the benefits of creating a vibrant arts and culture precinct in the Bairnsdale Town Centre . The reimagined precinct will transform the Town Centre to enable a new generation of tourism products and experiences to support the region’s emerging tourism market. The Bairnsdale Arts Precinct also seeks to strengthen the local arts, and the creative and cultural sector.
